Cookie Notice

After sign-in, Quanta exchanges a Firebase ID token for an HTTP-only session cookie. The server uses that cookie to recognize signed-in requests and protect dashboard routes. It is removed when you sign out and when account deletion succeeds.

Because this cookie is needed for the account and saved-calculation features, disabling it prevents those signed-in features from working. Public calculators remain available without signing in.

Firebase Authentication may use browser storage needed to maintain authentication state and complete provider sign-in flows. The hosting provider may also use technical security mechanisms required to deliver and protect the application.

Quanta uses Google Analytics 4. It sets a cookie named _ga, which identifies a browser for up to two years, and a per-property cookie named _ga_XELVC5DBTF, which maintains session state. These are set by Google, not by Quanta, and are used to measure which calculators are used and where pages perform badly.

No account identifier, email address, or calculator input value is sent to Google. Blocking these cookies through your browser, a tracking-protection setting, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout does not affect any calculator.

Quanta has applied to Google AdSense and the AdSense script (adsbygoogle.js) is installed. Until the application is approved it serves no advertising; once approved, Google and its certified partners may set advertising cookies to serve and measure ads on this site. The site's ads.txt file at /ads.txt lists the authorized seller account.

You can control ad personalization through Google's My Ad Center at myadcenter.google.com, and blocking advertising cookies through your browser or an ad blocker does not affect any calculator. Some Quanta pages also carry clearly-labelled affiliate links, described in the Affiliate Disclosure; affiliate links are ordinary links and set no cookies on this site.
